The owner of a Benidorm campsite is waiting to hear if he has to close it down.

The campsite does not appear to comply with current legal legislation regarding flood zones. He has been instructed to carry out infrastructure improvements and that if this is not done , then he will have to close down.

The owner has taken the matter to court and various people have been questioned and have given statements to a judge.

He is now awaiting the judgement as to whether the case is filed or whether the case will be heard in a court of law.

If it is filed then he will have to carry out the work or close down his camp site.
