Children who are registered in the Murcia region will be given a voucher to buy their school books .

Applications for the vouchers must be made before June 18th,says the regional education departmenrt.

Nearly 84,000 children between the ages of 5 and 16 are eligible for the vouchers..

In September the vouchers can be exchanged for books in any bookshop in the Murcia region .
