Police have discovered a local Elche man who has never had a licence and never taken a driving test.

The man was stopped in a routine check.

His details revealed that he had never passed a test.

It appears that 30 years ago he tried the test twice and failed , so he never tried again.

He was sentenced to 3 months in prison
