The Proteccion Civil department in Orihuela Costa is looking for volunteers to join their team.

Members are responsible for the coordination of emergency measures together with firemen , local police and other emergency services.

They protect residents and infra structure during natural disasters. Everyone has special training depending on the area in which they work.

The service is run by the town hall.
