Buyers hit by builder San Jose’s financial crisis are to form an association to fight their corner.
The company clients who purchased properties at the Jumilla golf resort have set up the Santa Ana del Monte Residents Cooperative .
They have said that they want to see their properties built and to be able to discuss the time frame with the company administrators and San Jose.
Those who are unable to wait for this to happen should be able to transfer their deposits to another development .
Others should qualify for a refund without lengthy legal processes.
It is hoped that they can form an eight strong committee answerable to the members.
