The latest round of the 12th Circuit a Peu Marina Alta took place in Ondara on a very hot day.
This is one race in a series of nine over a distance of 9.6 kilometres, around the streets and surroundings of the town.
The organisers arranged water sprays at intervals to help cool those runners who required it , very welcome for some.
The winner of the mens race was Emilio Vizcaya Gregorio ( 31.36 ). The womens race was won by Maxine McKinnon ( 36.55
The penultimate race in the series takes place on 15th June and takes place at Jesus Pobre
