In less than seven months the cancer scanner appeal has raised the 300,000 euros necessary to purchase a digital scanner for the AECC headquarters in Alicante city.
CBN readers had organised events and donated funds for the scanner.
Dr Enriquez confirmed that the Siemens machine was on order and he will organise an inauguration party once it is installed.
