Last week the Original Charity Shop and Library in Javea dedicated the week to raising funds for the Costa Blanca News AECC Scanner Appeal.
Their customers raised 4000 euros during the week..
The shop is run by volunteers and has been open since 1964.
They donate an average of 45000 euros a year to worthy causes such as Gandia Refuge , Raquel Paya School for children with special needs , Denia Hospital and many more.
