It is felt that Cala de L’ Advocat ( Benissa ) is being allowed to fall into a state of disrepair and this has been described as appalling by the PSPV opposition party.

It is felt that this Cala is the most important one , after Fustera , on this coastline.

Rocks are falling from the cliffs and  cracks are appearing in the cliffs themseves , it is felt that this could become a danger to the public who use the beach.

Despite the erosion , there is no wire netting in place and there are no signs warning the public of possible danger .

The PSPV say that the coastline here has not been reviewed for more than 25 years.
