Three development plans have been proposed for the La Plana ans Bisserot areas of Montgo ( Denia ). They propose the building of 1, 297 homes in an area of 433, 000 square metres. A Psd councillor feels that the town of Denia needs to expand in the direction of Las Marinas and leave the Montgo region for individual properties, not apartment blocks.

He added that attempts by the council to build such property in this area was nothing more than a crime.
