This abandoned excavation at Alfaz has been started again and exciting new discoveries are coming to light .It is a settlement thought to date back to the third , fourth and fifth centureis AD.

A necropolis of 400 tombs , various baths in an excellent state of conservation, a kiln , a swimming pool , reservoir and hot air rooms have all been unearthed so far .
