The infrastructure councillor in Altea is about to inform local businesses of a number of changes which they want to see coming in soon with a change in the local bylaws .

This bylaw will regulate the use of public spaces by those who have businesses in the town .

There is a move towards a more coordinated look  when thousands of tourists visit the old town.

They want to encourage people to use white , beige and blue for their awnings and other exterior items .
