Two new bylaws have been brought in bt Santa Pola council to regulate the bull runs at this years fiesta .
No one can participate under the age of 16 years of age and nobody who is physically unfit can participate either .
Those who wish to take part must wear a numbered shirt which can be obtained from the civic and social centre in the town .
There has also been a request from the town hall that spectators and participants respect each other and the animals and buildings .
The throwing of fireworks , water or any object which could hurt the animals , public or buildings is prohibited .
