I came across a nice article today. The Globaledge piece was a list compiled of the 100 most influential property websites and blogs. Go read the article and list for yourself. I mention it because of its stance on coporate media and their linking policies, something I totally agree with. I also mention it because this blog appears in the list….Only at No.82 I may say. But for a newish blog and relatively new site that is trying to inject a bit of decorum into an unregulated industry and benefit both industry and public alike, I would like to acknowledge Globaledge for their article and thank them for the mention.
I would also like to say that this blog is happy to accept quality pieces of writing on the Spanish Property industry and will publish with a ‘do follow’ credit for the author.
Don’t be fooled by the PR of our blog…or our site currently. We just underwent a major internal linking change that isn’t quite finished yet. Our PR6 will be re-instated…or a 7 maybe…with the next update or two. Keeping SERP position whilst reducing internal links has been harmful to our PR. But as SERP is a lot more important than a little green bar, it was a small temporary price to pay.
So please send your pieces to me, Neil Ebsworth at neil@amlaspain.com. No guarantees to publish but all will be considered and quality fresh material with news or comment will always be rewarded.
Once again thanks to the guys and gals at Global Edge …keep up the good work!
