A British couple who were holidaying in Benidorm were injured when a large firework was accidently fired into the crowd last week .

Five people in total were hurt suffering minor burns and bruises during the Moors and Christians fiesta .

The local authority made sure that all of those injured were taken to hospital and that the insurance covers all costs . The man in charge of the canon is no longer participating in the event.
