The mum was on the way to the hospital in Elche  but she didn’t even make it to the lift of her flat , this baby wanted to put in an appearance pretty quickly.

Her husband called the emergency services and the police arrived just in time to help with the birth on the landing of the apartment block .

There were complications but they were dealt with by the police officers and the mother and her baby were taken to the hospital where they were declared fit and healthy .
