The salt lake in Calpe had a major clean -up last week when more than 160 volunteers took part .
The sea bed was cleaned by 120 divers from a variety of clubs .
The other volunteers cleaned the surrounding areas .
More than 3000kilos of waste was removed , which was an excellent beginning to a massive task .
