A number of activities will begin in Altea on November 6 in an attempt to improve the health and lifestyles of residents .

Workshops will start in an attempt to help those with Alzheimers  . There will be counselling , relaxation sessions , help for helpers and many other issues will be addressed .

Seminars will also be held on how to prevent illness and also improve it as we get older .
