Almoradi , Orihuela , Crevillente , Granja de Rocamora were all towns which were victim to four crimes which the police think are connected .
In Almoradi a masked man made off with 6000 euros from a Petronor station while three others waited in a car on the forecourt for him to come out with the contents of the till . In Crevillente there had been a shooting the previous day .
Half an hour after the Almoradi theft there was a similar one in Orihuela and police know the same car was involved .
The car broke down in Crevillente and the thieves then stole another and drove off in the direction of Murcia .
