When you purchase a home and land in good faith , thinking that you have dotted the “i’s ” and crossed  the ” t’s “then it comes as something of a shock to find that everything has gone pear -shaped .

A woman in Busot is in such a situation because those in authority fail to communicate correctly and also change the goal posts constantly .

Suddenly she is unable to sell her land , although she had a buyer and now that same land could be expropriated by the end of next month .

This sort of thing leaves one open mouthed and also totally unable to comprehend the systems which exist in the  country you have come to admire in many other ways .

She can only hope that the law will see the inequity of the sitution and favour her rights .
