Forty low rental flats have been constructed in Benidorm specifically for the retired over 60’s .
The flats will be ready for occupancy in January and the people who have been chosen to occupy them will have a conducted tour later this month .
Each flat will cost no more than 300 euros each month .
Nearby they are constructing similar housing for young people but these are behind schedule at the moment .
