Reports of drugs being sold and suspicions by locals led the police in Almoradi to two houses .
There they found quantities of cocaine , hashish ,plants , precision euipment and cash .
Four Spaniards have been arrested and charged with public health offences .
Two vehicles and a computer were also confiscated .
