The ( Reverend ) Albert Green  ( Al Green ) who is the veteran soul singer performed in Murcia last week .

The concert ended the European leg of his tour and many fans travelled long distances to hear him sing .

Normally he works in the Full Gospel Tabernacle in Memphis Tennessee. He flits beween the religious responsibilities which he has , gospel albums and some secular music . He is one of the last of the great Soul greats and has a cult following .

Although he is now 62 years old his voice is still as good as ever .
