For those who choose to pay in thThe relevant authority site is is way they have to be prepared to give their name , surname , NIE/Nif number , credit card details , the reference number and the amount of the fine. For many this may be off putting .
For those who do not want to go down this route they are still able to pay at Banco Santander or the Post Office .It is obvious that the authorities would prefer the electronic method .They say that sending the fines this way is more reliable .The postal service could mean non-delivery if a change of address has not been given .This could mean penalties being added or an embargo on your bank account .
