Today AMLA launches its free membership registration to all its visitors. The membership allows agents, buyers and sellers access to a members area that has been redesigned for user-friendly use and allows logged in members to save their favorite properties and access to listing information.
Estate Agents can view services before they decide to list property and can now list properties in a range of prices set to a minimum listing price of just 15.00 Euros a month for 25 property listing to a ‘half price of anyone else’ 45.00 Euros for unlimited listings.
For Sale by Owner and rental listings can be purchased at 9.99 GBP a month.
AMLASpain can be found on Page 1 of google UK for all National, regional and local keyword searches making it the website with the best exposure in the Spanish property market….at the lowest cost.
“We are happy to keep our costs as low as possible as we probably have the lowest cost structure in the industry” a spokesperson for the company said.
” We dont spend a fortune on sales staff and have concentrated on providing Page 1 organic search listings to be found by the public and agents alike. In this way we are able to keep our costs low and our visitor numbers ever increasing. If we are not on Page 1 for a town or region it is probably because we dont have members or property listed in that area. we will be in the first 30 places though even then”
“We will shortly be expanding into the Uk and USA domestic markets. we already have good search position in the UK and will be expanding on this by listing some 300,000 UK properties in a deal recently agreed. It may take a few months before we match the exposure of Rightmove and Primelocation but we will. Then we will let the visitors decide whether our prices are competitive at 20% of the competition.
