A Spanish company from San Sebastian in northern Spain is in negotiation with the Michael Jackson estate to try and set up an exhibition of Michael Jackson memorabilia which they would put on tour.
This company,Musealia, has told the Spanish press that they envisage a collection of about 120 pieces of original memorabilia plus a lot of photographs .There would also be a reconstruction of one of his famous stage sets and the whole exhibition would be called” Michael jackson: Black and White of a Life”.An entry fee for such an exhibition would be around 16 euros and half of the proceeds would go into the Michael Jackson estate. The estate has already earned 100 million dollars since the star died.
It appears that the negotiations with the estate are already started but they are quite complex and the managing director of the company is still hoping that they can come to an agreement. The company does have a track record in this type of exhibition as they promoted a similar one about the Titanic which showed all over the world and which brought in 28 million people to view it .
