The visit of Sister Ruth to Spain and in particular Benidorm on the Costa Blanca ,has gone very well .This is a lady who has travelled the world bringing with her the message of Christianity.She has talked with and prayed with people from all religious persuasions.
In fact she started out as a student at keele University and only became a nun at the age of 22 after she had graduated.Her first order was in London where she worked with the NSPCC.She is now based in Ireland .However her travels to the different countries around the world have brought her to the attention of the media.She decided to travel to spread her belief that Jesus loves everyone and that he will save those who believe in him.
She feels that we are now living out what is said in the Book of Revelation and that the end of the world is nigh.When travelling she says that the only countries in which she has had problems have been Islamic countries.Communist countries have given her a warm welcome,as have lots of far eastern countries.
She feels that Spain still has good family values but thinks that in the UK it has virtually become a pagan country and has few moral values.
