They are doing the correct thing,Torrevieja customers are complaining to the Municipal Consumers’Office in Torrevieja and more than a thousand have done so over the summer.
The Consumer Councillor has explained that between June 15 and september 14 a total of 809 people requested information or advice while 227 made official complaints or accusations.August was the busiest month for consultations and July had the most complaints.
The places which received the most complaints were retail(72),telecom(47),utilities(particularly Iberdrola )21,banks(15),car showrooms and garages(13) and hostelry(10),sea transport(6) and housing(5).The office has also sold 121 books of complaint forms to businesses.
