The body of a 76 year old Orihuela man was discovered in the boot of a car in an isolated part of Cartagena in Murcia.There was nothing on his body or in the car to link him with the family which he has acquired.He had a wife in Orihuela and also two stepsons.It is now alleged thatone of the step-sons murdered the man and placed him in the boot of the car.The stepson has been arrested and is in custody.
The accused’s brother was also detained by the police but was later released but ordered to report to the police every month.The wife was also arrested but she was also released after testifying to the judge.The stepson was arrested at Orihuela market ,where he helped his brother on a stall.
