Last year students from Sweden joined Xabia International College primary department in Javea for teaching experience.This year two more students have joined the staff for three weeks.Both students have commented on the warm and friendly atmosphere at the schooland just how valuable the work experience is for them.
The college is now busy preparing musical items to play and sing in assemblies.They have an orchestra and a choir for these morning performances.
The college ,primary department has recently held the elections for their House Captains .These are lessons in democracy and all of the children have to listen to those who have put themselves forward for election.Those people have also to decide just what they intend to do to lead their house to success in the coming year.All of these things require a great deal of thought and preparation.These are lessons for life.
