Forgery,drug trafficking and stealing vehicles were the crimes which three Dutch people are alleged to have committed in Benidorm recently.Undercover National police spotted a BMW Series 7 car being driven in a suspicious manner near the centre of the town.The officers stopped the car,asked for documentation,which on examination turned out to be false.The men were searched and then the police discovered 50 euro forged notes.
When the suspects were asked to open the boot of the car they discovered GPS systems,frequency interruptors,tools,gloves,hoods and more than 50g of heroin.A more serious examination of the car discovered that it had been stolen in Germany and was carrying false number plates.
When the police searched their hotel rooms they discovered more forged notes and more heroin.All three have criminal records in Spain.
