In Benidorm on November 13,14 and 15 there will be a house sale run by an estate agency which has branches all over the Valencia region,Desbanca.com,is setting up the sale to five potential purchasers the chance to acquire a bargain.There will be 200 properties and the cheapest will be in the region of 20,000 euros.The most expensive properties will be in the region of 170,000 euros.
The properties will be situated in Valencia City and San Javier ,near the Murcia airport and the Mar Menor.They are mainly repossessions which have been seized by the banks.These agents feel that the prices will not go down much more and that this is the time to purchase.Around 85% of the properties will cost less than 50,000 euros.There will also be a similar sale in Alicante.
