The most expensive Spanish flat is for sale in Madrid at a mere seven and a half million euros.The “flat ” is in fact a two storey penthouse of over 500 square metres.It is actually two apartments made into one.There are five bedrooms ,six bathrooms and a 100 square metre sitting room..It has its own swimming pool and about 400 square metres of terracing.
The actual apartment block has 24 hour security ,a gymnasium and a swimming pool.However the 8th floor penthouse does have the most spectacular views over Madrid.There has been a great deal of interest in the flat on line with over 1000 people viewing it .However only two people have actually viewed the property and the Estate Agents feel that it will be bought by a foreigner.The second most expensive flat in Spain is also in Madrid ,sold at 6 million euros.The third most expensive was sold in Barcelona.
The most expensive property in all of Spain is also in Madrid on an exclusive urbanisation.It is on the market for just over 16 million euros .It has eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms and is set in 23 ,000 square metres of land.For many these prices are “cheap” as last week an apartment in Hong kong was sold for 56 million dollars.
