The Christmas square in Benidorm opens on December 5.The council’s fiestas committee has announced that the plans for the town’s celebrations are almost complete and that the Plaza SSMM Reyes de espana will be changed into the Plaza de la Navidad.There will be a special ceremony on December 5 plus a full programme of events.The full programme will be announced just before the opening.
The centro falla has just announced its new junior fiesta queens and they are twins Clara and Paula Scapuccio.
The roads around Plaza de la Hispanidad and Avenida Mediterraneo to Calle Bilboa are to be resurfaced .Once the roads are reopened then the network of directions are going to be different ,both traffic signs and traffic lights will be different,so drivers beware.
