Torrevieja’s Inmaculada Concepcion fiesta has announced its programme.The opening,the pregon,took place last Friday at the Inmaculada Concepcion church in the Plaza de la Constitucion.The following day there was an exhibition dedicated to the Virgin Mary and also the crowning of the Salt Queen.

On December 5 there will be a fair for young people ,the first time that this has happened and there will be a variety of workshops and theatre.On the same day it is expected that thousands will take part in the floral offering to the Virgin Mary in the town centre.There there will be a traditional nativity scene.Each night there will be a free concert  with local DJ’s performing afterwards.Sunday December 6 will present a huge paella for everyone plus free rides for children at the funfair.The festivities come to an end on December 8 with the “Magna Procesion” which will pass through the centre of the town.
