Sergio Dalma the Catalan singer ended his Spanish tour in La Nucia in Alicante Province.The setting for the concert was the Mediterranea Auditorium and this was a 20th Anniversary Tour.All 50 concerts have been sold out throughout Spain.He had his first “hit” in 1989 with”Esa Chica es Mia” and then he came fourth in the Eurovision song contest in 1991 with a song which has become iconic in Spain”Bailar pegados”.He has had several number one hits over the years but has managed to keep himself out of the limelight and maintain a private life too.

At the La Nucia concert he offered many old favourites as well as more recent “hits”.Even the old favourites had been given a facelift and sounded “new”.There were a number of occasions when the whole audience was on its feet in recognition of what they wanted to convey to the artist.He was visibly moved by the response.He is now preparing for a tour of South America next spring.
