The last Teulada-Moraira U3A meeting of 2009 was a celebration of drama and singing in the form of readings and carols.During the meeting it was announced that the U3A had acquired another 20 members and the president also announced the presence of a special new member.The new member was British councillor Sylvia Tatnell who has given the new U3A in Teulada -Moraira an amazing amount of support since its inauguration just over a year ago.

In fact the amount of work which this lady has contributed has been so great,considering that she is in full time employment,they have made her an honorary member of the club.They always say that if you want a job done then ask a busy person and it is a saying  which is usually borne out in reality.

The next U3A meeting will be on January 4 at the Salones de Banquetes in Teulada.
