He is the director of a cinematography school in Valencia and he has been sentenced for the possession and distributing of child pornography over the internet.

The investigation began when a person downloaded what he thought to be the latest version of Internet Explorer and found that he had in fact downloaded pornographic images of children.He reported this to the police and it has led to the arrest of 13 people in several Spanish provinces.They have been charged with distributing more than 1400 files containing explicit sex scenes with minors.

When police visited the school of the director they actually caught him in the process of distributing two files  with child pornography.The director has been sentenced to two years in prison,although te public presecution was demading six years.
