Recently a Spanish citizen was arrested in London.He is a wanted ETA terrorist and the 29 year old has chosen to stay in custody in Britain.He was discovered working in a health food restaurant in London( Soho).He has had an international arrest warrant on his head since he skipped bail in 2006.

He has had a preliminary trial in London and the judge denied him bail.A second hearing is scheduled.The prisoner is named as Garikoitz Ibarlucea Murua and he is wanted for a number of crimes,including his part in the bombing of a post office in Tolosa,possession of explosievices,throwing explosives at the homes of two PSOE councillors in 1999,launching Molotov cocktails at the Diario Vasco newspaper headquarters in 2000 and an attempted attack on a public sector worker´s car in 2001.
