The Sierra Bernia on the Costa Blanca is a very dramatic looking part of the landscape.Now four towns on the Costa Blanca ,Altea,Callosa dÉn sarria and Jalon have joined together to capitalise on this local asset.
Together they have edited a guide to the PR-V7 Sierra Bernia walking route.Callosa´s environmental councillor has said that the four towns had recovered a natural area that attracts a large number of visitors.The cooperation between the four towns has seen the route publicised again and put back on the map.
The cost of restoring the walk which was met by the four councils has been about 20,000 euros and has included new signs and also improving the track itself.
