The Sierra Helada Natural Park in conjunction with Alfaz del Pi council arranged a dolphin sighting cruise in Albir bay on the Costa Blanca.Almost 500 people were able to experience the wonderful feeling that you get when you first see these amazing creatures.
This is the third set of seminars set up for the public and experts provided information during talks held at the Albir Playa hotel.The sighting cruises took place over Saturday and Sunday.
Cameras were very important equipment for the day and many wonderful photos were taken.Alongside these events were seabed cleanings by volunteers.This year was so much better and far less rubbish was collected by the scuba divers.Maybe boat owners and fishermen are being more responsible at last.
