Jasmiler Square in Teulada on the Costa Blanca has a new playground for children installed.It has 10 new pieces of equipment.
There are now new slides, swings and climbing frames for the children to exercise on.The Mayor Antoni Joan Bertomeu and the Social services councillor Jose Vicente Llobell visited the park to view the work.
The play area is designed for children up to the age of 8 years and it enables them to play in a safe environment.All of the new equipment was provided by the regional environmental department.
Exercise is such an important part of the life of a child in days when sitting in front of a computer or a TV screen seems to be more the norm.Obesity is becoming a problem in all countries where long term health problems caused by obesity could cost all countries a great deal of money.
